Not loving your Job?

Each one of us is doing some job, whether it is like an Employee, Employer or House-maker. Some of us love doing our job and some are frustrated.

Have you ever thought why are you frustrated with your job? Is it because this job is not of your interest, you don't have co-operative colleagues, you don't like your manager, or your manager doesn't like you? Sometimes you might conclude why you aren't loving your problem, but is it really worth concluding that?

When you were born, your parents started loving you more than anyone else in the entire world. They did everything for you that you can't even imagine doing. Have you ever thought, why did they do? They would have never thought of doing those things but they did. Have you ever asked your parents? No. It's just because you felt that it was their Duty. Can I know what is the difference between a Job and a Duty? It's complicated, but simple. Sounds strange... right.

The same way, there are days in your job which you never expected. Either you don't like the work or you don't like someone's company. But a job is job. Always remember "You are in a Job to Learn and Earn". If both are satisfied you will be the happiest person, but even if 1 is satisfied you should not be the loser in yourself. And there is no such job where you don't learn. Either you will upgrade yourself in the field you are working or you will learn some management lesson. But always there is something to learn.

"Anything you do today will pay you tomorrow" this is the fact of life. So, never regret the work you are assigned or the work you are doing. If you are workaholic and you don't have sufficient amount of work, take a self-initiative and suggest something to your superior or your colleague. If you are not a workaholic, and you have much work just finish it 'coz it's gonna pay you good rewards.

No work is bad, it's the human mentality to categorize the work based on our likings, the quality and the quantity of work. So, from now onwards just for a week accept your job calmly. Do everything you are assigned to do. Don't loose your temper, try to hold it at least for a week and after a week evaluate yourself where you stand. "Love your job" and I bet at the end-of-the-day you'll be smiling.
